Avon Haul: Part One

I absolutely love Avon products, I own so many of their beauty products and my go to foundation that I have re purchased three times and wear everyday, is the Ideal Flawless one in Ivory. I really enjoy trying their new products especially if it's something I've never tried before as Avon is such a reasonable price.

Sprightly Mint - £3 (sale), Base Coat - £1.50 (sale)

This mint green colour is so pretty and pale, it's perfect for the Summer months. I recently did a Manicure Monday using it. I got this for £3 as it was in the sale but they normally cost £6, I never buy them at full price as there is often an offer on.
I always have my nails painted but this is the first base coat I have ever owned so I have nothing to compare it to. It dries really quickly and seems to be improving the health of my nails. This cost me £1.50, it was also in the sale.

Body Lotion - £3

Strawberry is my favourite scent, I love the Summery vibe it creates. I have so many body lotions, moisturisers and body butters but I really couldn't resist this one. It dries really quick and keeps its smell all day.

Nail Art Tool - £3

I have been dying to try out a nail art brush, I only bought it for the brush as I already have lots of dotting tools in different sizes. I really love the effect it creates, you can see it on my nail above or more clearly in my latest Manicure Monday post. However after trying this out I think a fine paint brush will work just as well and it will probably be cheaper.

Do you love Avon just as much as I do?

Manicure Monday #33

I'm sticking with the floral theme on my nails lately, however this on is a bit more subtle. I got a new nail art brush that I will blog about soon, I was so excited to try it out so I decided to do some large white flowers on my nails.
I used three coats of Avon's Sprightly Mint, I really like this colour because it is very pale and makes a delicate design. I love Avon nail varnish because they don't chip quickly and their colours are very strong. I also like that they dry really quickly because once I have painted my nails I never wait long enough before doing something new and smudging them.

Have you tried Avon's nail varnish?

PINK HAIR!

This is how bright it was when I first dyed my hair.

I cannot believe I have dyed my hair pink, it is still sinking in, it is only semi permanent so it won't last forever though. I absolutely love it and I think I will keep on top of it, the dye will only last about 6 - 8 washes.
I did it on my natural hair colour, however the dye says to lighten your hair to create a vibrant look. I feel it is still really bright so I am happy how it has turned out. Also, I match my wall paper!
My hair is beginning to fade but it has gone a nice burgundy colour which I also love.

Have you ever dyed your hair a crazy colour?

Manicure Monday #32

I have been obsessed with this nail varnish recently, I absolutely love Models Own nail varnish and bright colours so this is perfect for me. It has a matte finish, so to make it really shiny you need to use a top coat, I recommend OPI's rapid dry. In this manicure I have used two coats of Pukka Purple and my nail art pens to create the flowers.

I have been busy painting lots of peoples nails this week, it was my friends sister's wedding at the weekend so I painted their nails, flowers were very popular. I also painted my Mum's nails using this design but in different colours.

Have you tried any of this Ice Neon collection?
